Returns & Exchanges
Once you've received your order, you may open the package, while keeping the hair tags intact, wefts in place, and the hair unused you can check the coloring of the extensions.
We will only accept exchanges or refunds within 60 days of you receiving your order. Returns must be sent back exactly as they were sent to you. There must be no missing pieces (such as hairnets, gold twist ties, hangtags, etc.). The hair extensions must be in their original product packaging with hangtag securely in place. If the packaging damaged, or if the hair extensions have been worn or tampered with, please understand that we will not be able to process a refund or exchange request due to hygienic reasons. Human hair extensions are a hygienic product and providing all of our customers with high-quality hair extensions that are safe for the health of the public is our main priority. Once the hair extensions are tampered with in any way, we can no longer guarantee their safety or quality, which is why we cannot accept them for a return or exchange. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We will need your order number and zip code to
begin your return. If you wish to try another shade, you can tell us in this initial email.
You will be emailed a return label and instructions for returning your order.
Once we have received it back to us, please allow 2 business days for our team to process the return and initiate your refund or exchange. If you request a refund, you will be refunded back to the original form of payment on the order. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for the funds to be returned to the account. If you selected an exchange our team will enter the exchange and you will receive follow up confirmation emails.
*Please note that if we receive the product and the extensions are not in the original state you received them (hair tag in place, wefts unopened, and hair unaltered), you will no longer be eligible for a return. We will send the product back to you.
