How to use
How to use
1. Part your hair 2-3 inches above the nape of your neck and place the first 3-clip weft.
2. Stagger the second 3-clip weft on top of the first one.
3. Section off a small part above previous clips and place the 4-clip weft.
4. Section off a small part above previous clips and place the 4-clip weft.
5. Section a part inline with your temples, place one 2-clip weft on each side of your head.
6. Section off 2-3 inches below your part and place the 1-clip wefts evenly on both sides for additional volume and blend.
You can style your Seamless set as you would your natural hair. With any heat tools, we recommend keeping the temperature low and to use a heat protectant.
Your Luminess Hair is ready to wear and does not need to be washed as often as your own hair. They only need to be washed after 30 uses or when there is product build up.
To wash your Seamless Extensions, gently shampoo and condition each weft separately with a gentle, sulfate free, and color safe product then rinse with
lukewarm water. Use a detangler then gently comb your extensions from the ends to the roots as you would your own hair. Let them air dry by laying each weft out individually on a dry towel.
*Pro Tips: Your Seamless extensions can be treated like your own hair. To add longevity to your Luminess Hair always use a heat protectant before heat styling, add silicone free oils for added moisture, and brush your extensions using a soft bristle brush. Starting from the bottom of the weft to avoid damaging your extensions. Use a deep conditioning treatment to help add moisture back into the hair.
Before sleeping, take your extensions out and store them in a dry place. You can lay them out on a flat surface or hang them.
Is Luminess Hair human hair?
Yes, Luminess Hair is 100% salon quality, human remy hair.
How long does Luminess Hair last?
The life span of your extensions will be reflected by how often they are worn, as well as how they are cared for. We recommend replacing your extensions every 6-8 months.
Where does the hair come from?
Finding a reputable, ethical, fair trade manufacturer was of utmost importance to us. We have partnered with one Chinese hair manufacturer who have been ethically sourcing and manufacturing hair goods for over 30 years.
Can I cut my extensions?
Of course! We recommend using a professional hairstylist when cutting your Luminess Hair extensions.
Can I color my extensions?
Luminess Hair extensions are 100% human remy hair, therefore, dying or coloring may cause damage and the results may vary. However, if you choose to color your extensions, we recommend working with a professional that has experience with coloring hair extensions and to test one weft prior to coloring the full set. Keep in mind, if you color/alter your extensions you are no longer eligible for a refund/return.
Can I sleep in the extensions?
We do not recommend sleeping in your extensions. Proper care and storage of your Luminess
Hair can extend the life of your extensions.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return your Luminess Hair you have 60 days from the date of delivery, to return or exchange as long as the hair tags and wefts are unopened.
When you receive your order of Luminess Hair you may open the packaging to see the coloring. The extensions will have a hair tag in place that CANNOT be removed, and the hair wefts must be in the same state they were when you received your Luminess Hair to be eligible for a return.

We will need your order number and zip code to
begin your return. If you wish to try another shade, you can tell us in this initial email.
You will be emailed a return label and instructions for returning your order.
Once we have received it back to us, please allow 2 business days for our team to process the return and initiate your refund or exchange. If you requast a refund, you will be refunded back to the original form of payment on the order. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for the funds to be returned to the account. If you selected an exchange our team will enter the exchange and you will receive follow up confirmation emails.
*Please note that if we receive the product and the extensions are not in the original state you received them (hair tag in place, wefts unopened, and hair unaltered), you will no longer be eligible for a return. We will send the product back to you.

Once you've received your order, you may open the package, while keeping the hair tags intact, wefts in place, and the hair unused you can check the coloring of the extensions.
If the hair tag is removed, any of wefts are open, or the hair is altered in any way, you are no longer eligible for a refund or return.
